Are you a creative, driven and independent experienced Marketer with a passion for the German market? Then we are looking for you! From our office in Ter Apel, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to strengthen our German team. At Laudermarke, you will be given the freedom to work independently and turn your own ideas into successful marketing campaigns for our clients in Germany.

What will you do:

  • Marketing strategy and campaigns: You will develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at the German market. This includes both online and offline campaigns, from social media to SEO/SEA, email marketing and events.

  • Content creation: Writing content such as blogs, newsletters and more, using the right tone-of-voice for the German market and belonging to target group.

  • Market analysis: You analyse trends in the German market and competitors to discover new opportunities and keep our company competitive. You are always looking for opportunities to grow the shop further.

  • Collaboration: You work closely with the international marketing team, external partners and the e-commerce manager to coordinate and optimise marketing efforts.

  • Reports and targets: You will report campaign results and set targets for improvement and growth in the monthly KPI meeting to your manager.

What do you bring:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a similar position with knowledge of the German market. Experience in or knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus.

  • Independence: You have no problems working independently, but also know when you need the team.

  • Strong organisational skills: You have a good overview and can tackle several projects at the same time without losing sight of quality.

  • Creative brain: You come up with new ideas and innovative ways to conquer the German market.

  • Basic marketing knowledge: From SEO, SEA and social media marketing to email marketing and marketing automation, you have a good knowledge of the basic facets of digital marketing.

  • Creativity: Affinity and/or experience with Adobe and video editing is a plus, so you can also create visual content that makes an impact. We mainly work with CapCut and Photoshop.

  • Languages: Excellent command of German (written and oral) and good knowledge of English.

  • Analytical skills: You know how to use data to improve your marketing efforts and drive results.

AgrarLED.de, Laudermarke’s German webshop, was founded 5 years ago and is now a leading supplier of LED lighting in the German agricultural sector.

  • Salary: A competitive salary between €2,800 and €3,400 per month, depending on experience. We can help you compare salaries between the Netherlands and Germany and understand the corresponding changes.
