For our Agraled.pl webshop, we are immediately looking for a Customer Service Representative (32-40 hours per week). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer questions via social media, e-mail and telephone. You will ensure satisfied customers by handling their questions correctly.
As a Customer Service Representative, it is important that you are helpful and try to help the customer as much as possible. An important responsibility, because after all, you are our company’s calling card! The questions that come in can be about our products, for example, but also about the status of an order.

This position is performed from our headquarters in Ter Apel (Netherlands).
What are you going to do?
In this role, your duties will include:

Maintaining customer contact through various channels (social media, email, phone);

Processing and handling customer queries;

Processing returns;
-
Preparing quotes for customers;

Handling customer reviews on various platforms;

Resolving any complaints in collaboration with other departments.
What will you bring?

You have experience in customer contact;

You are service-oriented;
-
You can function well in a team, but are also able to work independently;

You are computer literate and can handle MS Office and social media channels well;

You quickly master various systems and can cope well with working in multiple systems;

You preferably have (work) experience in an e-commerce environment;

You have an excellent command of the Polish language, both orally and in writing. In addition you have a good command of the English language, both orally and in writing.
